The pressure equipment and distribution system are housed in a 316 stainless steel cabinet containing a 300ltr hydraulic reservoir. Separate 30ltr SSV returns reservoir, internal accumulator rack, Well Control supplied via removable drawer modules.
The 207 bar MP hydraulic supply is provided by 2 off 415 Vac, 3 phase, 50Hz, pumps rated at 3.3 l/min each, working on a duty / standby basis, tubing has been sized to accommodate both pumps running.
The 517bar HP supply is provided by duty and standby fixed ratio hydraulic intensifiers with a 2.5:1 ratio
One operation of all a single slot, ESD, SSV and surface valves is provided by 2 off 207bar X 37 ltr topside transfer barrier bladder accumulators and two back up bottles. For the HP 1 off 690bar x 5ltr topside standard bladder accumulator, without the assistance of the pumps.
3 micron Simplex Pressure Filters are supplied complete with internal bypass in the event of clogging and IS DP Indictators to enable remote monitoring of filters.
The 2 off Well Control Modules provide both local and remote control of the wellhead valves. One (1) off is required for the first phase, with the other modle being a future requirement, therefore a blank draw has been fitted. The SSSV output contains a hydraulic regulator so output pressure can be manually adjusted and a Safety Releif Valve providing protection to the SSSV actuator. Wireline bypass valves are mounted onthe draw front for UMV and SSSV.
ESD and PSD is provided by solenoid closure of the SSSV, UMV and PWV headers and the common supplies to the main gas export, methanol riser.
