New Project Award- Cameron GmbH- Hydraulic Power Unit

SMS has been awarded the contract for the manufacture of a Hydraulic Power Unit and Topside Umbilical Termination Unit by Cameron GmbH for the Jette Field Development.

This is a significant order for Cameron GmbH as this is their first project undertaken to fulfil the requirements of NORSOK; SMS has recently completed a NORSOK compliant project on behalf of Aker Solutions with which has acted as a stepping stone enabling us to secure this project, this now allows us to be a credible player in the Norwegian sector and puts us in good stead for future opportunities in this region.

The Jette Field is located in Production License 027 D,Situated in the Norwegian North Sea offshore Norway in 417 feet (127 meters) of water.

New Project Award- Centrica Hydraulic Power Unit

We are pleased to announce that SMS have been awarded the Hydraulic Power Unit for the Rhyl development Field Development by Centrica Energy Ltd.

The Rhyl development field is located in Eastern Irish Sea and was discovered in 2009 by an exploration well drilled by Centrica.

Centrica Energy are the third largest producer of gas on the UK continental shelf and had the most active exploration and appraisal drilling programme in 2010.

New Project Award- Aquaterra Hydraulic Power Unit

Aquaterra awarded SMS an HPU Riser Panel in December 2010 with a view to awarding identical contracts in the future if the campaign was a success.

We are pleased to advise that SMS has recently been awarded a repeat order from Aquaterra Energy Ltd for another HPU Riser Panel.

We are pleased to announce that SMS have recently been awarded the contract to build a Hydraulic Power Unit and a Topside Umbilical Termination Unit for the Endeavour Rochelle Development project by Aker Solutions.

The East Rochelle Field is located about 115 miles (185 kilometres) northeast of Aberdeen in 459 feet (140 meters) of water.

Following Specialised Management Services (SMS) Ltd Recertification Audit conducted by BSI on our ISO 9001:2008 standard on 1st March 2010 we are pleased to report that SMS have once again been recommended for the continuation of our registration.

In 2009 SMS were successfully awarded by BSI both the ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 certifications.

SMS is one of the UK's leading suppliers of hydraulic services and equipment for the Oil and Gas Industry, with bases in Great Yarmouth and Aberdeen, and supported by our parent company the Alderley Group. SMS have the capability to Design, Engineer, Manufacture, Install and Commission bespoke and standard Oil and Gas equipment, including Hydraulic Power Units, Wellhead Control Panels, Topside Umbilical Termination Units, Chemical Injection Skids, Flushing Skids, Subsea Systems and Accumulation Packages.
